Every review on this site follows the same steps:
- Read the label. We list every ingredient and dose the company publishes, and note anything hidden in a “proprietary blend”.
- Check the research. For each main ingredient we look for human studies (PubMed and similar sources) and say plainly whether the evidence is strong, weak, or missing for the claim being made.
- Separate claims from facts. Anything that comes only from the company’s sales page is labelled as a company claim.
- Look at real feedback. We read public customer reviews and complaints and include both the good and the bad, with dates.
- Check the buying details. Price, shipping, subscriptions, the refund window and how refunds actually work.
- Safety first. We list known side effects, interactions, and who should talk to a doctor first (pregnant or nursing, on medication, under 18, or with a medical condition).
- Give a clear verdict. Who it may suit, who should skip it, and cheaper or better-studied alternatives.
Reviews are updated when ingredients, prices or policies change. Each review shows its last-updated date.
